Really bad surgery drs have no care and concern for patients well-being. I have a bad pain in my inner thigh and have been unable to walk properly for months and have to crawl up the stairs on all fours.I was sent for a scan but when I finally got the results back 17 days later I was told normal no cause found for patients pain I could see the areas scanned were my outside hip none on the inner thigh where the pain comes from. I made an appointment to see the doctor to ask for another scan on my inner thigh this was refused…saying appointment with orthopaedics middle of Jan will be able to organise more scans…I actually think the doctors are negligent leaving me crawling up the stairs on all fours
Tried a few times to get through on the phone.
On this occasion the receptionist was very helpful. Most times difficult to get an appointment.
When I phoned to see if I could alter the time of returning a 24 hour blood pressure monitor, the nurse was supposed to phone back but didn't. After a few days I went to the surgery to see if I could take the monitor back a bit later, I found the receptionist unhelpful and patronising. I had somewhere I had to be at that particular time.
This is just an example of how the surgery is now.
Surgery is not that bad and I spoke to another doctor in past and she was wonderful.
Having recently joined the surgery I was worried what it would be like but the receptionists are so friendly and the doctor I see is very thorough.
I can always get an appointment and my repeat prescriptions have never been messed up unlike the previous doctors I was with.
